The project "Uth RAgriCOOL - Shaping the Future of Sustainable Agriculture andClimate Change", submitted under the Erasmus+ KA153-YOU call.This project aims to promote sustainable development inagriculture and climate change adaptation, focusing particularly onprofessional training and the exchange of best practices amongparticipants.
The project, led by the Municipality of Titaguas (Spain), relies onthe collaboration of international partners who bring theirexperience and unique perspective to enrich the activities. Theseinclude organizations from Turkey, Latvia, Italy, Poland, Serbia andBulgaria, ensuring a cultural and knowledge diversity that willbenefit both the participants and the communities involved.The project not only prioritizes the exchange of knowledge but alsoprovides hands-on learning opportunities in a rural environment,enabling participants to directly engage with sustainableagricultural practices.
Through this collaborative effort, "Uth RAgriCOOL" aspires to inspire long-term impact, equippingparticipants with the tools and skills to drive positive change in theircommunities while contributing to global sustainability goals.
🇹🇷 ETOS- Eskişehir Toplum ve Sanat Derneği, Erasmus+ Projesi “Uth R AgriCOOL”da Türkiye’yi Temsil Ediyor!
ETOS – Eskişehir Toplum ve Sanat Derneği, Avrupa Birliği Erasmus+ Programı kapsamında desteklenen ve 2024 yılı 3. dönem çağrısı altında kabul edilen “Shaping the Future of Sustainable Agriculture and Climate Change” (Proje Kodu: 2024-3-ES02-KA153-YOU-000259070) başlıklı gençlik projesinde Türkiye’den resmi ortak olarak yer almaktadır. Projenin kısa adıyla Uth R AgriCOOL, gençlerin sürdürülebilir tarım uygulamaları ve iklim değişikliği ile mücadele konularında bilinçlenmesini ve güçlendirilmesini amaçlamaktadır. Titaguas Belediyesi (İspanya) koordinatörlüğünde yürütülen proje, farklı ülkelerden gelen ortak kurumlarla yürütülmektedir: Türkiye (ETOS), Letonya, İtalya, Polonya, Sırbistan ve Bulgaristan. Proje kapsamında gerçekleştirilecek faaliyetler arasında; kırsal alanlarda uygulamalı eğitimler, kültürler arası etkileşimler, iyi uygulama örneklerinin paylaşımı ve gençlerin kendi topluluklarında fark yaratmalarını sağlayacak araçlarla donatılması yer almaktadır. ETOS’un yasal temsilciliğini Dernek Başkanı Nihal Bağcı üstlenirken, proje koordinatörleri olarak Dr. Cemile Ece ve Dr. Efnan Ezenel görev almaktadır. Derneğimiz, Türkiye’deki gençlerin sürdürülebilir kalkınma hedefleri doğrultusunda bilgi ve beceri edinmelerini desteklemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Bu proje aracılığıyla gençler; sadece çevresel sürdürülebilirliği değil, aynı zamanda sosyal sorumluluk ve küresel iş birliği kavramlarını da deneyimleme fırsatı bulmuştur.

ETOS – Eskişehir Association for Community and Art Represents Turkey in Erasmus+ Project “Uth R AgriCOOL”!ETOS – Eskişehir Toplum ve Sanat Derneği proudly joins the Erasmus+ KA153-YOU project titled “Shaping the Future of Sustainable Agriculture and Climate Change” (Project Code: 2024-3-ES02-KA153-YOU-000259070) as the official partner from Turkey.Also known by its acronym Uth R AgriCOOL, the project aims to raise awareness and build capacity among young people regarding sustainable agriculture and climate change adaptation. The project is coordinated by the Municipality of Titaguas (Spain) and involves partner organizations from Turkey (ETOS), Latvia, Italy, Poland, Serbia, and Bulgaria.Key activities of the project include practical training in rural environments, intercultural dialogue, sharing of best practices, and equipping young participants with tools to create positive impact in their own communities.Nihal Bağcı, President of ETOS, serves as the legal representative of the organization in the project. The project coordinators from Turkey are Dr. Cemile Ece and Dr. Efnan Ezenel. ETOS is committed to supporting young people in Turkey in developing their skills and awareness aligned with the global sustainable development agenda.With a strong international collaboration, “Uth R AgriCOOL” is expected to foster long-term social and environmental impact through youth engagement and community-based learning.
